Purpose of the GPAC 

The General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) will serve in an advisory role to City staff and the City Council during the General Plan update.

GPAC Schedule

The GPAC typically meets monthly on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 pm, unless otherwise noted. All meetings are open to the public. Please check the latest GPAC schedule in pdf format (updated 2/11/08) for details.

GPAC Meeting Location

Except as noted in the meeting schedule, GPAC meetings are held at the following location:

GPAC Subcommittees

The GPAC has five subcommittees that look at specific issues associated with the 2030 General Plan. These five subcommittees include:

1. Land Use and Economic Development
2. Mobility/Transportation and Air Quality
3. Infill, Housing, Finance, and Infrastructure
4. Community/Urban Design, Preservation, Cultural Resources, and Community Outreach/Involvement
5. Parks, Recreation, Open Space, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Regional Issues

Subcommittees will meet on an as-needed basis. All subcommittee meetings are open to the public.
